Bathroom Remodeling

You might spend an average of 40 minutes in the bathroom per day.

The bathroom is likely your personal rejuvenation space, your library, and your retreat. So, if it's out-of-date, not functioning properly, or it's beginning to show signs of wear, such as water leaks, stains, or mold growth, it may be time to remodel. If your current bathroom makes you sigh in frustration instead of relief, it’s time for an update.  And that’s why you’re here, right?

What is it going to cost?

Remodeling a bathroom can recoup you as much as 64% ROI according to Remodeling Magazine, while potentially making the home easier to sell as well. Both Remodeling Magazine and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) put the average cost at:

  • Most Bathrooms $125 Per Square Foot Installed
  • Full-scale Bathroom Remodel around $18,000 nationally. This includes a basic full remodel of a Master bathroom including flooring, shower, tub, vanity, and accessories

*However, the size of the bathroom is probably the biggest driving force behind the costs, with most bathrooms costing around $125 per square foot installed; the larger the bathroom, the higher the cost. So, while a 150 square foot Master bath will cost closer to $18,000, a small half bath would cost closer to $5,000

*The types of materials that you install and the condition of your current bathroom will also play a role in determining your final costs. Higher quality materials and fixtures will add to the cost of a bathroom as well as previous hidden damage due to water leaks or mold during tear out.

Many factors can go into determining your final costs. The best way to get an idea of how much your costs will be is to give Fibonacci LLC  a call at 914-433-2949; or shoot us an email at info@fibonaccillc.construction so we can book an appointment to provide you with an estimate.
